Friday Five: Sydney Beaches

A couple of weekends ago, we went to Sydney for Him Outdoors to do a three-day 100km race, and while he was running around the trails and through forests, I was walking and jogging along beach paths. It's such a beautiful place and never fails to re-energize me; no matter what the weather. 

With apologies to Elizabeth Barrett Browning; How do I love sea? Let me count the waves. I love thee to the depth and breadth and height my soul can reach.
